The barn has recently been converted to sleep four adults. The the refurbishment was done by local artisans and materials.
The decor is simple and typically Tuscan. It comprises of chestnut beamed ceilings, tiled floors and whitewashed walls.
- The open plan living room has 2 huge picture windows overlooking the Mugello Valley, fireplace and a doorway leading onto the upper terrace.
- The kitchen includes the usual modern amenities, plus handmade chestnut units and marble work tops.
- Both bedrooms are double sized, with iron framed beds and views out onto the valley and lower terrace. The second bedroom has direct access onto the lower terrace.
- Large bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
- Parking for 2 cars.
- Central Heating and open fireplace in the living room
- There is a weekly maid service and linen change.
